You would have thought the evolutionary need for sleep would faze out with the invention of Red Bull and enormous coffees, but science keeps saying we need more and more rest. Maybe in a million years humans will be able to stay up for their entire lives, which will raise all sorts of other issues, like “When is it appropriate to air soft-core pornography?” But let’s cross that bridge when we come to it—for now, it’s time to figure out how to get the most out of your nap time with some help from The Boston Globe.
