You will almost always be asked this question, because everyone in the world mistakenly thinks it’s revealing, when in fact it is not at all. Most interviewees pursue the same tactic (as you should, too): take an apparent weakness and then flip it to seem more like a strength. “I’m a bit of a perfectionist” is getting a bit tired, so think of your own variation on the theme!
