Ciao everyone!
3 bedroom appartment, looking for the 3rd roommate.

Move-in date: December 15th

The APT is huge:
Ground floor:
-Your room! (NOT FURNISHED)
-Bathroom
-pretty big kitchen (see pic)
-Entrance to our big patio/garden (see pictures / backyard has brand new furniture now)

2nd Floor
-Bathroom
-Our rooms

The room is huge, 22F x 9.5F, high sealings, private entrance from outside, quiet, has 1 big window and 1 small one.
It also has a 8F x 9F walk in closet which could be used as a small office (see pic) with a nice exposed brick wall.
The bathroom downstairs is rarely used by us, since the two rooms upstairs use the 2nd floor's bathroom. So the bathroom would be yours.
You are open to do whatever you want with the space, paint, furniture, etc.

US:
Roommate 1: 28y/o, gay male, work 9-7pm in the airline industry, travel a lot, 100% drama-free, raced in Argentina, speak Spanish and Italian, blah blah blah

Roommate 2: 29 y/o, gay male, PR professional, work long hours, easy going, also from Argentina.

Who we are looking for:
-MOST IMPORTANT: absolutely, completely, 100% DRAMA-FREE!!!
-Financially stable and responsible
-Male or Female, gay or straight.
-Mentally sane
-Clean but not a clean freak.
The owner requires a month security deposit and first month rent to move in.

Common bills:
-Full cable TV service with DVR's, all channels, on-demand and cable wireless internet.
-Electricity only for the second floor.

It all comes to $60-$90 per month per person depending on the season (electricity is more expensive in summer)
